EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY: GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS

Digital products of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned. A product of poor quality can be returned within three days after the purchase.

To exchange or return a product, please contact us at patterns@helpersew.com, in the website chat, on WhatsApp, or on Telegram. 

In your message, specify the order number and the reason for an exchange or return.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY: POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

In case of discovering any product defects not specified by the seller, the consumer has the right to repudiate the purchase and sale agreement and demand a refund of the amount they paid for the product. Upon request of the seller and at their expense, the consumer should return the defective product.

Products are exchanged/returned within seven business days after the request. 

In case a product conformity examination takes place, the product should be exchanged within 20 business days.


REFUND POLICY

The refund period depends on the payment option chosen by the customer.

For non-cash transactions (payments by card), funds should be returned within ten days after the customer's claim. Funds should be returned to the bank card that was used to make the purchase.
